I read that you can tip the iceburg by going to the bottom of the iceburg and then using your jack hammer it will tip.

Did you know that you can feed your puffle some were eles?
1. Go to your igloo.
2. Click on your puffle player card.
3. Click on your map then chose were you want to go.
4. Click on the place were you want to go.
5. Your puffle player card will still be on your screen so you can feed it but you can not see it eat!

On another club penguin cheat blog it said you can tip the iceburg but you need 100 penguins in the middle and EVERYONE has to do it.
If there are penguins just sitting on on the edge doing nothing it won’t work. And you need all of them drilling or dancing. You only get 4000 coins.
And you can tip the life boat.
You need 50 penguins drilling or dancing on the boat.
I don’t know how much coins you get on this one.

The ansewer is Yes it can!
you need about 20 members drilling
and about 50 non members dancing.
You tip it at the bottem at the thin part.
